Biography
Trevor Barker, PsyD, is a psychologist specializing in behavioral medicine and clinical psychology. His professional interests include working with adult and older adult patients with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. He also conducts psychodiagnostic and ADHD evaluations for adult patients.
With a great appreciation for the mind-body connection, he blends health, psychological and neuropsychological principles. He has extensive experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, which he adapts to meet patient needs and goals. Using a patient-centered approach, he encourages active participation in the therapeutic process.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and a variety of outdoor activities.
