Primary Care

The mission of the Primary Care Division at LeBauer HealthCare is to provide high quality primary care to adults and children.  Primary Care encompasses the care of adults age 17 and older with any medical problem and children from newborn until.  The Division has 22 physicians and 4 extenders.  Typically we specialize in taking care of adults and children with multiple medical problems, but also provide routine health care needs such as pap smears, prostate exams, and vaccinations.  Each physician in the practice diagnoses and cares for common medical problems such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol abnormalities, thyroid problems, arthritis, heart disease, depression, and many, many more.  Individual physicians have special interests, but all are well versed in common medical problems.  A primary care physician  ( a physician trained in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine or Med/Peds  at least three years after medical school) can typically help patients coordinate care among many sub-specialists and is a good primary physician choice for a person with any medical problem.
